The Library's Summer Reading Challenge will run from July 1 -
September 6 (the end of the first week of school). This year,
families can track their child's time spent reading with three
easy options:
1. On your phone or tablet, download the READSquared app from
the App Store or the Google Play Store and create an account
under the Youngstown Free Library OR
2. On your computer, log reading time using the
ReadSquared website OR
3. Pick up paper reading logs at the Youngstown Free Library.
Either way, great prizes await you! Last year's
community-wide reading record was over 87,000 minutes; can
we beat that record this summer?
